Due to the fact that the QSCert office in Ukraine is located in Kharkiv, target of intense bombarding, which continues to a limited extent even today, the office’s activities have been suspended. For this reason, planned surveillance audits and recertification activities were temporarily not carried out. Currently, some employees of the QSCert office in Ukraine are able to work in the home office mode to a limited extent.
QSCert will try to obtain information about its certified organizations in Ukraine through these workers. If it is possible to establish contact with the certified organization, risk analysis will be carried out as well as follow-up steps according to the procedure set out in the Director’s Decision 01/2020 Policy for conducting audits during the COVID 19 pandemic.
If it is not possible to establish contact with the certified organization, the certificate will be suspended within 6 months from the scheduled date of the surveillance audit at the latest.
