Important outputs from Customer satisfaction survey (period 2012 – 2014)

 

 

Interpretation of outputs:

Perception of criteria “Image of QSCert brand is excellent” increased from 38% to 62%

Perception of criteria “International operation of QSCert group is excellent” increased from 44% to 66%

This result has a very big meaning for QSCert group and also for QSCert clients. As excellent is QSCert image and international operation as credible, recognizable and powerful is certificate issued by QSCert.
