Personnel audit

Personnel and organizational audit is a suitable way to assess the organizational structure of the organization, the efficiency of information flows, activities performed inefficiently or duplicatively, the workload of individual employees, the suitability and fulfillment of qualification requirements for individual functions, the personality profile of employees with the designation of the strengths and weaknesses of the employee's personality.
